Child ID and Protection Program
The Millbrae Lions Club offers complimentary Child ID Kits to incoming Kindergarten children, and if requested, new school children in the City of Millbrae. We purchase the kits from the National Child Identification Program. The kits include Inkless Fingerprinting, DNA Collection, and Vital Records.
